Terms of service

All of my clip art and SVG products are hand-drawn and created by me. I do not use artwork that is not my own for these items. All of my SVG files are ORIGINAL, self-created designs. Invitations and other printable products on my website use legally purchased artwork and fonts, and all terms of use are followed. 

What You Can Do:

• You can use my SVG files to create PHYSICAL products that YOU MAKE

• You CAN create products using my creatives for teacher-related materials and sell them on Teachers Pay Teachers Notebook or any other teacher resource website.

• You can use my creatives for your blog or website (educational or otherwise)

• You can use my creatives to create printables such as invitations, cards, or stationary. 

What You Cannot Do:

• You CANNOT RE-SELL MY SVG FILES IN ANY DIGITAL FORMAT. Offering my SVG files for sale or otherwise is COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT and legal action will be taken if this is discovered.

• You cannot resell any of my art and claim it as your own. You also cannot offer any of my creatives as freebies.

• You cannot use any of my creatives to create digital brushes, shapes, or rubber stamps.

• You cannot distribute my creatives under any circumstance. You are purchasing a one-user license.

• You cannot use my creatives to create and sell hard goods such as items found on Zazzle or Etsy (mugs, posters, rubber stamps, ETC.) The only exception is printed cards, invitations, or stationary, but my creatives may NOT be the only focal piece on the product. 

• You cannot upload any of my SVG or clip art files to a POD website to create physical products. YOU must be the one creating the physical products that you sell.

If you see another vendor selling any of the exact products that you see on my website, they are violating copyright. Please make sure that you are buying from reputable sources if you are a creator of physical products, as buying from vendors that violate copyright could lead to copyright infringement on your part. You can be 100% certain that you are purchasing legal designs when you buy from me!
