Refund policy

Replacement/Refund Policy for Handmade Shirts, Decor and Other Hard Goods
All of my items are custom, made-to-order items that I create myself. Due to this, I am unable to provide returns or replacements at this time. If your item comes to you damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can help you. 
You are responsible for ensuring that you read and abide by the care instructions that are included with your purchase. BrownCow Creatives will not give refunds for items that have been worn and washed.
Since the other items in my shop are digital, I do not accept "returns" and refunds are not given for these items. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order at browcowcreatives@gmail.com.

Any of my digital, instant downloads, or editable files are NOT eligible for refunds or cancellations. However, my goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your creatives or invitations, so please contact me if you are unhappy with anything.
Print Orders
All of my print orders require proof approval. YOU are responsible for ensuring dates (INCLUDING days of the week), spellings, and addresses are correct. In the event that you receive your printed order and there is a typo or an error, buyer maintains responsibility and no refunds will be given.
If you place a print order and need to cancel it, you MUST cancel the order within 12 hours in order to receive a full refund. Any item that is already in the printing process will not be canceled, and buyer is still responsible for all costs.
Corjl Editable, Digital Products
Many of my invitations and party printables are editable through Corjl.com, an online platform that allows you to edit and completely customize your printables. You MUST read all of the information included in the product listing before purchasing. BrownCow Creatives is not responsible for your purchase if you do not read and fully understand how the process works before you purchase. Refunds will not be given for these items. The only exception is if the Corjl website is down for any unforeseen reason and you are unable to access your template within 2 hours of purchase. In the event that Corjl is down and you request a refund, you must do so IMMEDIATELY upon discovery. Your order will be canceled and you will no long have access to your design, even when the website is restored. Refund requests that occur after a template is accessed, edited, and downloaded will be denied.
