SHOP POLICIES

Thank you for stopping by my little slice of creativity! I am a former Kindergarten teacher, a wife, a mom of two, and a Graphic Designer. I love all things creative and am so thankful to be able to share my creativity with you! Below are my shop policies, please read carefully before purchasing anything from my shop.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Because my digital items are instant downloads, I do not accept "returns" for digital items. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order at browcowcreatives@gmail.com. If you would like to cancel a print order, you MUST cancel within 12 hours. Any item that is already in the printing process will not be canceled, and buyer is still responsible for all costs.

My t-shirts/sweatshirts and other handmade items are made to order. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged, please contact me so that I can help you. Sizing information is provided and is based on manufacture specifications. BrownCow Creatives is not responsible for sizing issues.

Instant Downloads and invitations/printables that are editable using Corjl.com in my shop are nonnegotiable. No refunds will be given for instant downloads or files that can be edited using Corjl.com under any circumstance. Please make sure that you know how to download and edit any of my instant download files before purchasing. This shop sells both DIGITAL and PRINTED items. You MUST read all listing descriptions to understand what is included in your purchase. By purchasing any listing in my shop, you agree that you have read and fully understand what you are receiving with your purchase.

Printed and shipped items from this shop are processed for printing within 2-3 BUSINESS days. (This means Mon-Fri only.) Items are not printed or shipped on weekends or on observed US holidays.

SHIPPING

If you purchase a printed and shipped item, it is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is updated. If you need your item shipped to a different address than what you enter upon checkout, you MUST notify me within 24 hours of your purchase. BrownCow Creatives is not responsible for shipping to incorrect mailing addresses.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Please note that this shop sells DIGITAL and PRINTED items. I am also now offering printing and shipping services for invitations, thank you notes, prints, gift tags, and stickers. Please see each listing for specific details on printing and shipping. You are responsible for reading each listing description to ensure you understand what you are getting, and how you are getting it (shipped or downloaded).

INVITATIONS & OTHER PRINTABLES

CORJL.COM

Many of my invitations and party printables are editable through Corjl.com, an online platform that allows you to edit and completely customize your printables. You MUST read all of the information included in the product listing before purchasing. BrownCow Creatives is not responsible for your purchase if you do not read and fully understand how the process works before you purchase. REFUNDS FOR CORJL DESIGNS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. The only exception is if the Corjl website is down for any unforeseen reason, which prevents you from immediately accessing your file. You must notify me immediately if you cannot access your template. Immediately refers to within ONE hour of purchase time. If you access your file on Corjl and edit and download your file, please do not expect to be refunded.

Upon purchase, you will be sent a link to access your file. This process is automated upon checkout. Please make sure you enter your correct email address when you checkout. If your email address is entered incorrectly, I am happy to have the link emailed to your current address, but please understand that this will take additional time. You must notify me via email (BrownCowCreatives!@gmail.com) if you need me to send the link to a different email address.

Please check your junk folder if you do not see the email from Corjl in your primary folder.

Once you have access to your template, you have unlimited edits and downloads for 90 days. After 90 days, the link will expire. Each design was meant for ONE event. Holiday/Christmas links will expire after 30 or 60 days. Please refer to the listing description for more information on when your link will expire.

You can edit fonts, font size, and text, and most designs include moveable and deletable elements that you can manipulate to create the exact look you are going for. Please use the demo link to play around with the template before you purchase.

CUSTOMIZED PRINTABLES

Other invitations and printables in my shop require me to customize them for you. You can expect your invitation (or other personalized printable) to be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your payment, as long as you have provided all required personalization information. Once I email you a proof of the printable, the sale is final.

You are responsible for reviewing your printable proof to ensure all information AND spelling is correct. Please take the time to ensure everything is correct before you print your invitation.

Because of the time that goes into providing personalized invitations, I am unable to offer refunds. I will be happy to make three revisions to your order at no charge. Subsequent revisions will be made at additional costs. {If the revision is my mistake, it will not count as one of your three revisions.}

CLIPART AND BACKGROUNDS

You may use my digital papers, backgrounds, and clipart elements for commercial use. Examples of "commercial use" include the reselling of your own projects such as:

• Invitations, cards
• Scrapbook templates
• Lesson plans or activities for teachers
• Website templates or design elements
• Clothing {T-shirts, hats, etc.}
• Stickers

You MAY NOT resell my artwork, backgrounds, papers, or frames as is under any circumstance. You MAY NOT alter the color, shape, or appearance of my artwork in any way, shape, or form. Please do not claim my designs as your own. In order to sell items using my clipart, you must also include text or other design elements in your product; my clipart cannot be the only element in your design.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCT INFO

All of my digital papers/backgrounds are 12" x 12". However, you can print these on any size paper (not exceeding 12" x 12" for best quality). Simply choose your printer settings to print at desired size.

Most of my clipart elements are 6" x 6", which is quite large for most projects. You can scale any of my creatives to fit your needs. If you need a larger version, just ask! I'd be happy to help.

My instant digital downloads are all compressed into .ZIP files. A .ZIP file is just a single file that ultimately contains all of the files that are described in each listing. Simply double click on the .ZIP file once it has finished downloading and each individual file will appear on your computer in a new folder or window. .ZIP files are compatible with both MAC and PC platforms.

PRINTING

Please note that there are many variables that contribute to the quality of your printed product. Color may vary depending upon the monitor on which your invitation is being viewed, your choice of paper, and your printer choice, but I use the exact file that you see on the previews to create your invitation to ensure you are getting what you see. However, when printed, your final product may slightly vary in color. Please note that BrownCow Creatives is not responsible for color variations. If you choose to print my design as a photo, I HIGHLY recommend printing a sample. Since my designs are not created as photographs, the quality of the design may be compromised if they are printed as such. Printing on high-quality cardstock at Staples, the UPS Store, Zazzle.com or Vistaprint.com are the best choices for printing these items.

Please also note that when you purchase a printable from my shop, it is your responsibility to know how to print such items. BrownCow Creatives is not responsible for printing issues or problems. Please make sure that you know how to print the items offered in my shop before purchasing.

All of my printable invitations, announcements, and artwork designs are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial use of these designs is prohibited. You MAY NOT share, sell, or duplicate these files.
