SHIPPING
If you purchase a printed and shipped item, it is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is updated. If you need your item shipped to a different address than what you enter upon checkout, you MUST notify me within 24 hours of your purchase. BrownCow Creatives is not responsible for shipping to incorrect mailing addresses.
Printed and shipped items from this shop are processed for printing within 2-3 BUSINESS days. (This means Mon-Fri only.) Items are not printed or shipped on weekends or on observed US holidays. Processed refers to the work that I do on my end (customization) as well as the printing process. Please keep in mind that my printed and shipped items REQUIRE proof approval from you and any delays in receiving approval from you will result in the delay of printing. Once the item has shipped, you will receive confirmation. The time it takes to be delivered to you will vary and will be dependent upon the carrier providing service. BrownCow Creatives utilizes UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. Customers are not permitted to select their carrier; BrownCow Creatives will select the most cost-efficient and available carrier for each respective order.
